「跨界東方-茶·席·藝」 WU Gallery, New Orientalia: Tea．Space．Art

「茶席」是茶與人的對話空間，也是茶文化演繹的推手，是人們追求的生活美學，是茶人對茶的生活態度，也是茶人的世外桃源，茶可以盛情款待，也可自我心靈放鬆，是尋求一方寧靜的良方。 The tea ceremony is a space for the conversation between people and tea. It is a force behind the practice of tea culture, a sought-after lifestyle, tea practitioners’ attitude toward tea, and a utopia for tea practitioners.
現代茶席，更是華麗多元豐富多變，佈置茶席從司茶主題、環境、茶葉、茶點、器具、席方、配飾、空間設計等元素組成。其中茶器–壺，是最重要的主角，除了是視覺焦點外，還具影響茶湯的重要角色，茶席中其它茶器各司其位，配飾元素對整個茶席的主題風格具有點綴、渲染和加強的效果，能讓司茶者在行茶中行雲流水，展現出豐饒細膩的美感。茶席空間的設計配合主題環境、音樂、服飾、展演流程設計..等，讓原本靜態的茶席，走向活絡的動態茶空間氛圍。 Tea can be used for hospitality, for spiritual relaxation, and for personal peace. The modern tea ceremony is even more diverse from the theme of the ceremony to the environment, tea, refreshments, utensils, tea cloth, accessories, and spatial design. As tea ware, the teapot plays the most important role. In addition to being the visual focus, it determines the quality of the tea. At the tea ceremony, other tea ware serve their functions, while accessories decorate and accentuate the overall style of the tea ceremony, allowing the practitioner to conduct the ceremony smoothly and demonstrate the richly exquisite beauty. With a theme, music, attire, and process designed specifically for the tea ceremony, this traditionally quiet ritual can incorporate a vibrant atmosphere.
此次參展的藝術創作者：吳明儀、邱玉錡、美人瑜、郭雅玟、賴秀桃，以習茶陶者的視角，創作出不僅美觀更具實用功能的作品，將大自然的元素意象，山水天地融入一方茶席之中，藉由茶器與茶席設計，呈現出「藝」的美學境界與「術」的工藝技巧，讓茶文化更悠然自在的存在於我們的日常。 Artists featured in this exhibition are Wu Ming-yi, Chiu Yu-chi, Hsu Wan-yu, Kuo Ya-wen, and Lai Hsiu-tao. As ceramic artists studying tea, they have created works of both aesthetics and functionality, bringing natural elements of landscape into the tea ceremony. With tea ware and tea ceremony design, they demonstrate both art and craft, allowing tea culture to freely permeate our everyday life.
